Bad Things Happen to Good People

avoidforeclosureThere are occurrences in life that are beyond control of a homeowner and this causes an escalation of events that can lead to a potential loss of a home. In our current economy, people are not unique and it is a common thread.

In Connecticut the past couple of years, almost 50% of all real estate transactions have been either short sales or foreclosures. It’s possible some of those transactions could have been changed had home owners sought out some help. It may have been possible for some of those Connecticut home owners to have avoided foreclosure and saved their credit as well.

It has been my experience that many homeowners have many unanswered questions about their issues with their home ownership and the options available to them other than foreclosure. Within this site one may be able to find some answers to your questions. I am also offering a FREE report to further explain some of those options.

As a Certified Distressed Property Expert, CDPE®, I have the experience to help get you through the short sale process and to open the communications with your lenders.

If you would like to know more about your options, please call me on my cell at 203-206-0754 or my home office at 203-758-6440.

I’m here to help, any way I can.
